You must be at least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use EdgeIQ. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

It is your responsibility to determine whether sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. EdgeIQ is not responsible for your compliance with local laws.

EdgeIQ is a statistical analysis and bet-tracking tool. Specifically:

• We analyze historical sports data and current odds to surface situations with positive expected value based on our models.
• Our picks are model outputs, not tips, financial advice, or endorsements.
• Expected value is a statistical concept. Individual bet outcomes are random. You can experience significant losses even when following +EV strategy correctly.
• No bet tracking, pick suggestion, or platform feature constitutes financial or gambling advice.

EdgeIQ makes no warranties or representations that use of the service will result in profit. Sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss. Past model performance is not indicative of future results.

We are not responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise, incurred as a result of betting decisions made using EdgeIQ.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our model data or odds feeds for commercial use
• Share your account with others or resell access to the platform
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of EdgeIQ's systems
• Use the service in any jurisdiction where doing so is illegal

The EdgeIQ name, logo, models, and platform are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or license to EdgeIQ intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.

EdgeIQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeIQ and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

This includes, without limitation, any gambling losses, lost profits, or financial harm resulting from reliance on EdgeIQ picks or analytics.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EdgeIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
